My sister and I stayed at Walpole House in Sept 2006. Great place, owners, Michael & Betty Foley very friendly, helpful - they made us feel right at home. Our twin room was very nice, very clean and quiet. Michael cooks a great breakfast which is part of the cost of the room. Very reasonable rates. Great location for sight... more

I stayed at the Walpole House for two nights with my partner in August. It was a very pleasant stay. The Walpole House ist in a quiet street within easy walking distance to the city centre. The owners were extremely attentive and friendly. They made us feel very welcome and gave us useful advice on what to see and do... more
