Fantastic stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms - well provided extras with attention to detail -also TV DVD etc - but bad reception of BBC1 and we wanted to watch the Oympics! This is a slightly unusual B&B. Most B&Bs in my experience tend to be in older properties, whilst this house is brand new - indeed Charles Church is still putting the finishing touches to the rest of the estate.
