Whilst the hotel is clean, reasonably priced, generally comfortable and very well located in the middle of the main shopping area, (a good breakfast is also provided), some staff were unfriendly bordering on rude which let this property down during our visit , tainting our experience. The hotel is listed in Lonely Planet, which is why we booked it. It didn't really live up to expectations. Room very small. But staff quite helpful. All in all a neutral experience, but would most likely try to find something better next time. more

We only stayed in the hotel for 1 night for a flying visit to Andorra. The hotel is situated on the edge of the shopping area and really couldn't be in a better position. The rooms are basic but comfortable with tv, fridge and good size beds. Bathroom OK with a 3/4 size bath. Reception handled check in/out very well... more
