Nice hotel, but not so much - it's just off on the little things. The Driskill proved to be a good choice for my stay in Austin. The room had been refurbished, and was clean and comfortable. Beautiful "Ranch Chic" styled hotel!! My room had a big bed and a nice size TV. That didn't really matter because we were so distracted with 6th street right in front of us.
