we stayed at the refurnished area of the hotel in december 2004, several days before Christmas day. We arrived without any reserve made and this was definitive to pay MORE THAN 400 euros/night. We expected to get a very big room because of the price and we got a very normal sized room, not so clean as you can expect when paying such amount of money. The best was the shower of the batchroom and the views, very espectacular. The room service worked okay and the room was quiet, but the reception personnel were a bit inneficient because we've made lot of telephone calls to home and they were unable to cash us for them. The hotel is very well located if you aim for shopping, not for skying in Andorra. In front of the hotel there's lot of payment parking location (30 euros for 3 days of covered parking). About the swimming pool and spa area of the hotel, you better move to Caldea. The restaurant of the hotel was a problem for us because we spaniards tend to have lunch very late (14-15h) and this is not normal for the rest of europe. Anyway, the lunch was very good.

The hotel is worth with a rebate price.
