My family stayed at Aquarius for 1 week. We do a considerable amount of travelin, thus, we had some very nice places to stay, and some real bad ones. This motel is an in-betweener. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a small kitchen. Looking out the kitchen window, we could see the ocean. Only a couple of rooms actually have a view of the ocean. The suite was adequate for our needs. The motel is family owned and operated. Theresa at the front desk was exceptionally helpful in answering questions and giving suggestions. One of the nicest aspects of this property is that the beach is very large and very clean. There is very little activity on the beach. Needless to say, my family spent alot of time on the beach.
The swimming pool is small. In fact the only bad thing about our stay was a group of individuals who basically took total control of the pool, the best sitting areas, and the lounge chairs.
People complained about the small parking lot. The parking lot was a little tight, but there was never an issue of getting in/out of the lot. The only way out is primarily backward driving. There is usually no room to turn around. You better be decent at driving backwards. :-)
All in all, this is a decent place, worth the money.

We came down to stay at Aquarius every summer before moving to Florida several years ago. We still have family that comes each year and stays here and we all love it.

Down to earth people and very friendly management. The owner couldn't be nicer and is always out and about talking to everyone. You get to know people as you see them each summer and it became tradition.

People all over the world stay here and the rooms are big, roomy with decent kitchens. It's always kept clean by staff and there is a laundry room near the rooms. Clean, small pool with plenty of pool chairs. The resort is right on a beautiful, clean beach that is never very crowded. There is a big area with lots of tables for get-togethers..some covered..some not. Tiki huts near several barbeques make outdoor cooking fun. There is even a shuffleboard area for your enjoyment. Really loved this place and our visiting relatives still enjoy coming to stay here..won't stay anywhere else. In fact, they are staying there again (for about the 10th year in a row) right now!

After doing some research and reading the reviews here I planned a last minute 4th of July getaway for my family. The Motel is located on the beach in a nice residential area in Vero Beach. This is great for families that want quiet and relaxation. You are nowhere near downtown or any tourist area and the only nearby convenience store is a 7-11. For groceries you have to go over the bridge, which is a bit of a drive.
We paid $109 for the night and stayed 3 nights. The two main reasons why I decided on this motel were that it had direct beach access and a full kitchen. We were able to cook breakfast and use the grill (overlooking the beach) for dinner. The pool was great for the kids. Overall condition of the place is old but everything was clean. A few restaurants within walking make it convenient if you are not into cooking.
We drove up A1A on our way home and saw a few more Hotels right on the beach; next time we go down to Vero we will try other accommodations to see how they measure up.

I found this hotel on trip advisor. I wanted a decent hotel right on the beach for a reasonable price. For 99.00/night it was more than I could have asked for. The room included 2 double beds, kitchen w/ full fridge, stove, micro, all pots,pans,silverware, glasses included. Everything was very clean and neat. Housekeeping came everyday and were extremely nice and accomadating. The pool was beautiful as was the property itself with lounge chairs laid out, shuffle board court, BBQ's, Tiki Hut Tables....and best of all - Instant access to the beach. It was just great. I have recommended it to my friends and family and we will be back as soon as we can.
This is a place not to be missed!
